Swiss Post offers practical online services to ensure the convenient handling and management of all online shipping processes. They provide access to numerous functions and practical tools.
Swiss Post makes it easier for customers of your online shop to order goods. With a standard ID, they receive a login that provides them with access to everything. The customers themselves can also choose where to receive their order – at their home address, a PickPost point or a My Post 24 terminal.
Do you want to save your customers a trip to the postal counter? No problem: with pick@home, the parcel carrier simply collects the consignment at home or another address. What’s more, your customers can place the collection order when they are out and about using the Post-App on their smartphone.
If the post office opening times don’t suit your customers’ schedule, they can receive and drop off parcels at My Post 24 terminals whenever they want, day or night, seven days a week. PickPost offers flexible mailing and receipt of parcels and registered letters at over 2,400 PickPost points.
Consignments can be tracked free of charge online – from posting right up to delivery. This means your customers know how long it is before they will receive their parcels.
With the evening delivery value-added service, you allow your customers to receive parcels in the evening. Your customers are notified of delivery in advance by SMS or e-mail.
With the Saturday delivery value-added service, Swiss Post also delivers parcels on Saturdays. If requested, we notify recipients in advance by SMS or e-mail.
Where is my parcel right now? With the notification services, you inform customers inexpensively and proactively of any status changes concerning consignments.
With the delivery instructions, your customers receive parcels at the time and place of their choosing: in the building entrance, on the desired floor, or wherever they want.
